About the Position

Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM during normal business hours. 1:1 patient ratio. Every other or every third weekend coverage as needed. 2 call shifts required during contract. Floating may be required primarily to pre/post areas for prepping and recovering patients.

Highlights:

• Work in a state-of-the-art 8-procedure room Interventional Radiology unit with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team
• Circulate or sedate patients during intra-procedure role; scrubbing cases is not required
• Diverse case mix including vascular access, IVC filter placement/removal, embolization, TIPS, UFE, fistula grams, PCN, PTC, drains, venous reconstruction, biopsies, and more
• EPIC experience preferred for seamless electronic charting integration
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers in a dynamic environment
• One block of pre-approved time off available during contract

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or valid compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Interventional Radiology experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Skills in circulating procedures, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and pulmonary artery line monitoring
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 must be from a manager/director or formal leadership capacity)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Important Compliance Information:

• Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start date with no exceptions
• Ohio fingerprinting process must be completed immediately upon contract signing
• Candidates currently outside Ohio but within driving distance must travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location as soon as possible after booking
• Candidates at extreme distances will receive a mailed fingerprinting packet to be completed urgently
• Former employees eligible after 6 months away from the facility; current employees are not eligible for travel positions
