Summary: Seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 7-10 years of expertise in Client NonStop application development and support. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical Client NonStop applications, leveraging strong hands-on experience with TAL, TACL, Client NonStop COBOL, and Client NonStop SQL. This role requires technical leadership in production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, code reviews, release management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and reliable application delivery.
