Screen Print OperatorPrideStaff are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of screen printing processes, ability to manually print or run automatic printing press, be dependable, and take pride in producing high-quality printed apparel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up and tear down screen printing presses for each production runAlign screens, refill inks, and load/unload garments efficientlyRead and follow work orders, color sequences, and print placement instructionsOperate automatic and/or manual screen printing equipmentMonitor production quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistencyCure, inspect, fold, and pack finished garmentsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of screens, squeegees, and pressesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety and operational proceduresQualifications:Prior screen printing experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbsStrong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordinationBasic math and reading comprehension skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsPositive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindsetWork Environment:Climate-controlled production floorExposure to inks, chemicals, and machinery noiseFast-paced and deadline-driven environmentBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In personCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
