The facility produces decorative pillows and cushions in a modern, climate-controlled environment.Candidates with either industrial sewing experience or home-sewing experience are encouraged to apply. You will receive training on the facility’s industrial sewing processes and equipment.ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial sewing machines to close pillow openings after filling.Perform minor repairs, including fixing tears, holes, and open seams.Trim excess threads for a clean, finished product.Inspect pillows for dirt, tears, missing buttons, and other quality issues.Make corrections when needed.Close zippers and remove zipper handles with pliers when required.Pack and box completed pillows for shipment.Meet production quotas while maintaining quality standards.Follow safety procedures and report broken needle pieces or machine malfunctions.Keep the work area clean and organized.QualificationsPrevious sewing experience is required.Industrial sewing and home-sewing experience will be considered.Ability and willingness to learn industrial sewing techniques and operate equipment.Ability to pass a sewing test after completing 30 days of training.Strong attention to detail.Ability to meet production goals consistently.Willingness to perform packing and boxing duties as needed.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
