Customer Service Representative – Healthcare

Remote / Work From Home - But must be local to one of the following offices: Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; Camp Hill, PA; or Parkersburg, WV. Must reside within a 45-minute commute from the office.

We are seeking professional, empathetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support members and healthcare providers in a high-volume call center environment.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy position ideal for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping others, and can confidently manage customer conversations while providing accurate and compassionate service.

What You'll Do

• Receive inbound calls from both members and healthcare providers
• Assist callers with questions regarding claims status, eligibility, benefits, and related healthcare information
• Navigate multiple computer systems while actively assisting callers
• Provide professional, accurate, and empathetic customer service
• Effectively manage and guide conversations while maintaining a positive caller experience
• Adapt quickly to changing information, procedures, and priorities
• Utilize the Avaya phone system ; training will be provided

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Call center experience strongly preferred
• Health insurance or healthcare call center experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining control of the conversation
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and must be open to working the 11:30 AM–8:00 PM daily shift .
